Before it goes anywhere near a customer we put your own questions to it and work through what it gets wrong. If it is not ready, we keep going — that is in the price, not an extra.
One person accountable
You deal with the founder, not an account manager. Some of the build is done by people we bring in — every change goes past him before it reaches you.

You get a written scope and a number. Changes are discussed, priced and agreed — not discovered on an invoice.

Q.01How long does a project take?
A prototype takes 3–10 days. Most builds take 2–8 weeks depending on integrations and how much of the product already exists. You get a dated plan after the discovery call, and weekly demos against it.
Q.02How much does it cost?
From RM 6,000 to set it up, then RM 800 a month to keep it running. Extras — more channels, a dashboard for your staff, a connection to your CRM — are priced individually, and you can work out your own total on this page. AI usage sits on your own account and is paid to the AI company directly, never billed by us. Minimum six months on the monthly, then month to month. Bigger companies with heavy volume are quoted separately.
Q.03Who owns the IP?
You do. The code, the settings, the test questions and your data are yours, with nothing licensed back to us. We run it for you, which is what the monthly covers. If we ever part ways you take all of it, and it keeps working.
Q.04Which models do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Claude and OpenAI models cover most agent and extraction work; open-weights models (Llama, Qwen) when data residency or unit cost demands it. We benchmark on your data and build the model layer so swapping later is a config change, not a rewrite.
Q.05Do you maintain it after launch?
Yes — the monthly fee covers keeping it running, fixing anything that breaks and small changes as you go. Bigger additions are quoted separately. After the first six months you can stop any month you like.
Q.06How do we start?

Q.07What does “fixed price” actually mean?
We agree in writing what it has to do before we start, and that is the price you pay. We test it on your own questions as we build and keep working until it handles them properly. Anything you add later is priced and agreed first, never discovered on a bill.
